5It's like diving into the ocean
By Hannah Holt
This luscious, over-sized picture book by Francesco Pittau, Bernadette Gervais is a sensory experience. It's like diving into the ocean. The book has silhouettes, pop-ups, flaps, and more.A few facts you'll learn from this book, include:-the difference between skates and sting rays-how far a sand hopper can jump-what sea urchins and hedgehogs have in commonThe artwork is gorgeous and produced lots of oohs and ahhs from my children. It's been an instant favorite. We're looking forward to reading more books in this series.

5Beautiful and full of good information
By Ahhling
Creative, beautiful book that has some really interesting facts about ocean life. My daughter and I (she is 6) got cozy in a big chair and read this one and the Birds one also together and had a great time guessing about the creatures, learning about them and looking at the wonderful illustrations.

5Cool book.

Awesome book. My kid might be too young to appreciate it yet. She's two. She identified the sea creatures but the facts and information are a bit too much for her now. She'll grow into it and I'm hoping she'll love it as much as I do. Lol!!
