5Adorable
By Mommy Jill
Got this book for my friend's one-year-old and he wanted me to read it over and over to him and I did until I passed out. That's a sure sign of a successful book. Watch out, your kids will love the zippy words, the action on the dock and all the moving interactive parts. It's a joyful read.

5We dived right in and loved this interactive book for toddlers
By Pugsly
Wonderful, book! My 20 month old has such fun reading this book! It is a quick read that is a good choice before bed, when she wants just one more book, but it's really time to get her into bed! Once she learned how to use the moveable parts on her own, she moves them over and over and over again! Back and forth, back and forth. I just loved watching the progression of her learning, at first, she could only move the parts in one direction, then both directions, but only on one hand. Now, she can do everything the book can do! When I read the description of movable parts, I was skeptical. Happily, when we brought the book home, I was impressed, rather than flimsy cardboard arrows to pull, the moveable parts are embedded in the book and seem to be pretty strong! It seems like it will handle the toll a toddler can take on a book with movable parts! I love seeing the look of joy and accomplishment when it's time to pull the last page in the book and see the submarine! We've had it for a few months and it is holding up to my toddler's love! It is a book she requests frequently...she also asks for its sister book, Dig In, over and over again! The characters are delightful little mice. It is a great book for kids who love ships or construction equipment. It has you guessing what is happening...We love the rhythm and the descriptive language in the words - then again, we've come to expect both from this author - we love her books!

4Fun, but not as good as Bizzy Bear.
By Jen B.
A fun moving parts book, though not as good as some others. The pieces are easy to move because the sliders are a full hole through the book, rather than just a shallow circle, if that makes sense. It's easy for my toddler to stick his finger through the hole and move the part, versus trying to use only the tip of his finger as with some other books that we have. The story isn't great, and so far it's not a favorite with my little one, but it seems well made and worth the $$. If you're really looking for awesome interactive books, we highly recommend any books in the Bizzy Bear series.
