5Riddles, colors and animals for toddlers
By Terri C
I work for a library district and first saw this book there. Since then I've purchased copies for two friends with babies and will do the same for my grandchildren as they get a little older. The artwork is lush and the riddles are great fun for little ones. It also combines learning colors and animals in an entertaining way. I've recommended this book to several of my library patrons with young children and would definitely recommend it for children preschool age and younger.

5Innovative way to learn some basic concepts.
By J.Prather
I Spy With My Little Eye is a fantastic take on the classic guessing game that will be sure to engage young story time audiences with it's interactive opportunities for kids to listen to the clues and make their guesses as to what animal lurks behind each die cut hole. Each color word is clearly shown along with a sample of the color as seen through the die cut hole. There's an animal fact clue on each page to further assist story listeners in their guesses. While they may not guess from seeing the circle of gray that an elephant is lurking nearby, when given the clue "I have a very long trunk", they are sure to catch on. There are seven different animals and an invitation to the reader to look through the spy hole at the back to see what they can spy. A real charmer that will liven up your group or give any child a fun intro to basic colors. Recommended.

By Debnance at Readerbuzz
A fun I Spy book of animals, with clues. The pages have a cutout circle that contains a color clue on the right and then fold over to become an animal eye on the answer. Each animal is a familiar and appealing wild animal for young children."I spy with my little eye...something that is orange.I swingfrom tree totree with mylong arms.I'm anORANGUTAN.
