5Surprisingly entertaining!
By Kim
I bought this for my 7 month old son. When it arrived, I was immediately disappointed! It felt very cheap and was not at all what I imagined... that being said, my baby LOVES it! The material which I thought was "cheap" really does seem to be indestructible! He rips at, crumples it, chews on it, throws it, etc...it is still very much in tact and he still loves it several months later. I would definitely recommend!

4Great story and concept for durability but...
By Amanda T.
Bought this book at Target and loved that it's 'Indestructible'. My 8 month old has chewed and crumpled this book and it still hasn't been wrecked. I was so happy with it that I bought Baby Peekaboo at Target also. As I was ordering something else thru Amazon I decided to order 6 more of these books. SO disappointed!! The other six I bought have NO story or words. Just pictures. Then when I read on Amazon, it does say that the nursery rhyme is printed on back. Not a fan of that. I honestly would not have bough those had I known there were no words or story. We have the 2 mentioned above, along with Baby Faces, Hey Diddle Diddle, Baby Babble, Wiggle March, Mama and Baby, and Creep Crawl. If I was buying agin I would get Baby Night Night, Peekaboo Baby and Baby Babble. The rest were not what I was expecting.

5Great Short Stories - Bright Colors and Clear Images
By btxgirl
My daughter is 20 months old and loves these books. I like the indestructible books because they are quick reads perfect for just before her nap and bedtime. Although these are quite short and require some ad lib I love them and so does my daughter. She is currently obsessed with ripping pages out of her traditional books so it is nice to know that she can go to town on this book and my investment will last some time where half of my other books are already falling apart in the binding if she hasn't ripped pages out. I personally hate board books - hard to turn the pages smoothly and they stick together if dirty little fingers get into them. I can only guess that my daughter likes these books because they are easy to hold, have bright colors, and clear images that she can identify with. During the story she points at objects in the pictures and tries to say the words. I didn't think she would be into these so I never bought in the past but I was recently in a baby boutique that carried them and she kept asking me to reread the books in the store so I caved and bought a couple of these indestructibles to try out. It's only been a couple of weeks but she still brings me the book every day since purchasing it to read and has chosen it over some of her previous favorites. She love Baby Faces too.
