5Great book for young readers
By beazle
My 6 year old daughter bought the first book at her school book fair, and laughed the whole time. She had the same reaction with this book. The author does a great job of "tweaking" popular fairy tales, and making them hilarious. The illustrations are also amazing....somewhat like a comic book in set up. Which is very appealing to a young reader.

5When will book #3 be out?!
By Meggie's Mommy
It's been a challenge to get my daughter to really embrace reading. She'll do it, but she rarely gets excited about it. However, she LOVES this series. She found the first book at a school book fair and just devoured it. When book #2 arrived in our mailbox, she tore the package open and was so excited to start reading. I was so excited that SHE was finally excited about a book. She loves that it's divided into chapters, that the text on each page is a manageable size, and the graphic novel-like illustrations. Most of all, she loves the story line - she thinks it's hilarious. I love that she's found a series that is at her reading level and captures her interest. Can't wait for the next one!

5Great Addition To Any Library
By M. Brown
Princess Pink And The Land Of Fake-Believe: Little Red Quaking Hood by Noah Z. Jones is a cute children’s book. Princess Pink travels to the Land of Fake-Believe and meets Scaredy-Pants Wolf, who is a baker. He has a problem, someone is stealing his pies. And the thief is Little Red Quacking Hood. Princess Pink, Scaredy-Pants Wolf and their friend Moldylocks have a mystery to solve. Why are the pies being stolen and how can they stop the stealing? There is a lot of adventure and mystery in this book. There is also a lot of silliness and make- believe, which all children enjoy. The words are age appropriate and are words that children will understand. The illustrations were detailed and went along with the story very well.My granddaughter just turned five and she really liked this book. She was laughing at parts of the story and was pointing out different pictures that she really liked. I feel this book is a good fit for parents who enjoy reading to their children as well as children that have just learned to read. This book would make a great addition to any family library or a school library.I received a free copy of this book from NetGalley in exchange for a honest review. I would like to thank Netgalley and Scholastic Inc. for the opportunity to read this great children’s book.
